Meeting the needs of businesses and individuals since 2003, our fair, transparent and flexible pricing options help to protect your budgets and give you added peace of mind.

There are three ways in which you can engage with us:

  1. Specific Tasks or Projects – we agree on a quote for a specific job, which is then covered by our price promise.
  2. Service Support Contracts – for a monthly fee, which can be cancelled at any time with 14 days’ notice, you get the assurance of fixed costs and response times covered by a penalty backed Service Level Agreement. More
  3. As and when you need us – give us a call and we will arrange remote help or a site visit, which ever is more appropriate. More

Service Support Contracts

Right from the start, we engage with you to establish what is important to you and your business.  From this discussion we will put together a proposal to provide the best support structure, this starts the conversation. Highlights of the benefits we can bring with a contract in place are:

  • Emergency cover, between the hours of 08.00 and 20.00 Monday to Friday
  • Telephone support unlimited, 1 hour response and manned by our own engineers in rotation so you’re always dealing with someone you know and who is familiar with your systems.  We use remote access tools that allow us to take control of servers, PCs, MACs, tablets and phones, always with your permission
  • E-Mail support unlimited, 8-hour response and sent to all our engineers so we can work as a team to provide the best support
  • Remote monitoring of your systems, so that many issues can be addressed before they become a problem for your business
  • System updates, protection against malicious attacks and checking successful backup completion
  • Monthly site visits, for maintenance agreed in advance and face-to-face guidance on everyday IT issues and longer-term strategy
  • Free advice
  • Service Level Agreement, including penalties repayable to you if we do not meet our agreed response times

Pricing

For occasional support in office hours (09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday) we charge £70.00 +VAT per hour.  We do not have a call out charge but our minimum charge is 1 hour, thereafter we charge in 15 minute periods.  We can provide support outside of normal office hours but we do charge an unsociable rate of £105.00 +VAT per hour (18:00 – 09:00 Monday to Friday)and £140.00 + VAT per hour (Saturday and Sunday).

Our Service Support Contracts are aimed at businesses and are based on the number of individuals within your organisation.  There is a sliding scale of charges so please give us a call to discuss your requirements further, we think you’ll be surprised at the value we can bring.
